Introduction:
Lets make an avocado toast with me. Avocados are rich in healty fats, High in fiber, Has antioxidant properties, Supports healthy pregnancy, May aid in weight management.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (whole wheat or your preferred bread)
- 1 ripe avocado ripe and mashed
- Salt and Pepper according to taste
- Optional Ingredients:
- Lemon Juice
- Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Toast the bread until lightly brown.
- Spread the mashed avocado on top of Bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste.
- Cook 2 scrambled eggs
- Also squeeze some lemon juice on toast
- Add any desired optional toppings.
- Serve and Enjoy.
